It's been a delightfully short summer for me, WAY more of a break from school than I care for.. haha, but I feel as though I've accomplished ALOT this summer, and school is 'round the corner, yay!

I've managed to paint and sew and knit and read and yoga alot, AND get hooked on the american version of The Office.
So, a well-rounded summer, I must say. hahaha

HIGHLIGHTS:
I'm in a band now that has one full song recorded, and several in process (we record when we can all manage to get together, which is difficult with some members living hours away. But school will bring us to the same town again!)

I got to see THE FAINT, Shy Child and Astromovea in concert, just last week!
But most of all...

I GOT TO SEE THE MARS VOLTA IN CONCERT!!!!!!!!!
I caught a pick that Cedric Bixler-Zavala touched!!
But to see all the crazy--psychedelic--amazingness of The Mars Volta was such a life-changing experience.

So... pretty much an amazing summer, even with all the lame boringness in between each of these events, it wasn't too bad. hahah!
